Step 1:

  • 1) Boil salted water on the hob and cook pasta according to pack instructions
  • Step 2:

  • 2) Meanwhile, drain oil from tuna tin into a frying pan. Fry garlic in the oil until glazed.
  • Step 3:

  • 3) Add tuna to frying pan, fry for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4:

  • 4) Stir in tomato paste, herbs, chilli and simmer until pasta is added
  • Step 5:

  • 5) When pasta is ready, drain thouroughly and return to the pot. Stir in the sauce which should have been simmering for a few minutes.
  • Step 6:

  • 6) Add cheese. As soon as it’s melted serve up
  • Step 7:
