Step 1:

  • Cut all the peppers in half and carefully cut out the stem and seeds
  • Step 2:

  • Cut up the mozzarella into small pieces and place inside the peppers
  • Step 3:

  • Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and basil together
  • Step 4:

  • Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the peppers
  • Step 5:

  • Place onto baking tray. Can be cooked in the oven (20-30 min) or under the grill (10-20 min)
  • Step 6:

  • Take out of the oven when cheese is melted and slightly brown. Enjoy as a light snack or starter
