Step 1:

  • 1) Cut all the peppers in half and carefully cut out the stem and seeds

    • Step 2:

  • 2) Cut up the mozzarella into small peices and place inside the peppers

    • Step 3:

  • 3) Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and basil together

    • Step 4:

  • 4) Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the peppers

    • Step 5:

  • 5) Place onto baking tray. Can be cooked in the oven (20-30 min) or under the grill (10-20 min)

    • Step 6:

  • 6) Take out of the oven when cheese is melted and slightly brown. Enjoy as a light snack or starter
