Ingredients: 2 cloves of garlic; About 4 medium potatoes; 4 oz of cheese; salt and pepper; a little nutmeg; half a pint of milk or cream

Ingredients

2 cloves of garlic
About 4 medium potatoes
4 oz of cheese
salt and pepper
a little nutmeg
half a pint of milk or cream

Instructions

STEP 1:

Layer potatoes and cheese in a cassarole dish. Finish with cheese.

milk

nutmeg

potato

Mix milk with garlic and nutmeg and pour over the potatoes.

STEP 4:

Cover with foil or lid and bake in oven at 180 for about an hour to an hour and half. Take off foil for last 10 mins or so.
