10 Minute Couscous with Cheese and Beans

This 10 minute couscous with cheese and beans is the perfect dinner when you don’t want to cook.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of couscous
- Baked beans
- Cheddar or parmesan cheese
- HP sauce
Instructions
Add you couscous to a bowl and pour boiling hot water from the kettle until the couscous has soaked it up and expanded
Put your couscous into the microwave for just a few minutes
Add your baked beans from a can to a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes
Put couscous on a plate, pour over the beans, grate some cheese over the beans and add HP brown sauce to taste
This recipe couldn’t be easier and it is truly a 10-minute, no preparation dinner. With the heartiness of the couscous and baked beans, you will stay full for hours. Plus, it’s incredibly cheap to pull together when you get home late from work or classes.
