Ingredients
- 2/3 cup milk (soy, almond, cow, whatever type)
- just under 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen berries (or any frozen fruit)
- 1 pkt stevia (or 1tsp honey)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ps- add some ice cubes if using fresh fruit
Instructions
Blend it all together.
