A super yummy, filling smoothie. perfect for breakfast, or as a snack

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup milk (soy, almond, cow, whatever type)
  • just under 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries (or any frozen fruit)
  • 1 pkt stevia (or 1tsp honey)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ps- add some ice cubes if using fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Blend it all together.

  2. serve
