Ingredients

  • 6 all-beef hot dogs
  • 6 poppy seed hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish (preferably neon green)
  • 1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 6 dill pickle spears
  • 12 sport peppers
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil the hot dogs until heated through. Lightly steam the buns to soften them.
  2. Place a hot dog into each poppy seed bun.
  3. Drizzle yellow mustard over each hot dog. Spoon a generous amount of sweet pickle relish on one side of the dog.
  4. Sprinkle finely chopped white onions over the hot dog. Place two tomato wedges on the other side of the dog.
  5. Lay a dill pickle spear alongside the hot dog and add two sport peppers on top.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of celery salt over each hot dog.
