Step 1:
chop up your Onions and Mushrooms Step 3:
Pop the meat under the grill or pop it in a pan with a little oil untill cooked through Step 5:
Add a little oil to a pan and gently fry the onions and mushrooms Step 7:
Slice the chicken roughly once cooked Step 9:
Add to the same pan as the veg, pour on all the Coconut milk, plus 2 tablespoons of curry powder. Step 11:
Add Cumin or chilli etc to taste Step 13:
Simmer gently for 10 mins and serve with instant rice or chips Step 15:
