  • chop up your Onions and Mushrooms

  • Pop the meat under the grill or pop it in a pan with a little oil untill cooked through

  • Add a little oil to a pan and gently fry the onions and mushrooms

  • Slice the chicken roughly once cooked

  • Add to the same pan as the veg, pour on all the Coconut milk, plus 2 tablespoons of curry powder.

  • Add Cumin or chilli etc to taste

  • Simmer gently for 10 mins and serve with instant rice or chips
