Take you’re chicken and carefully slice a hole through the middle to the other side. Place you’re haggis inside this hole and then take the bacon and wrap it round the chicken cover the holes keeping the haggis securely tucked in and unable to fall out when cooked. Place on a baking tray or oven proof dish and cook in the oven for 45 minutes 180c 160c for fan assisted ovens. After 45 minutes pierce a knife in the chicken to make sure it is fully cooked. Serve with veg, potatoes and gravy and there you go you have a delicious home cooked meal in just under an hour. I usually make more than one per person but it depends on you’re appetite.
