Start by heating a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken and onions and fry until they start to brown. Add the garlic and chilli (not the chilli powder) and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper, then beans and tomatoes. Fry until it begins to bubble, then turn the heat down (to prevent sticking). After a few minutes add salt and pepper to season (add chilli powder now if you did not use a chilli) and stir. Turn off the heat and warm wraps in the microwave (about 20 seconds each). Spoon the mixture into the wraps one at a time and wrap up so all the ends are tucked in. Serve between four. Or alternatively, place into a rectangular casserole dish, grate cheese over the top and warm through in the oven for 5-10 minutes (or until the cheese starts to melt) and serve.
