Step 1:

  • Cook the chicken in the oven in tin foil at around 190 degree celsius for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2:

  • Whilst this is cooking boil the rice according to instructions on the packet.
  • Step 3:

  • When the chicken is done, cut it up into mouth sized bits.
  • Step 4:

  • Put a frying pan on with a bit of oil, when the oil is hot add the rice, chicken and peas and fry for a minute or two.
  • Step 5:

  • Then make a well in the rice and add the egg to the middle of the pan, let it cook a little bit for about 10-15secs, then stir it in.

  • Finally before you serve it, add the sweet chilli sauce to your taste.
