Step 1:
Cook the chicken in the oven in tin foil at around 190 degree celsius for 30 minutes. Step 2:
Whilst this is cooking boil the rice according to instructions on the packet. Step 3:
When the chicken is done, cut it up into mouth sized bits. Step 4:
Put a frying pan on with a bit of oil, when the oil is hot add the rice, chicken and peas and fry for a minute or two. Step 5:
Then make a well in the rice and add the egg to the middle of the pan, let it cook a little bit for about 10-15secs, then stir it in. Step 6:
Finally before you serve it, add the sweet chilli sauce to your taste.
