- 1 X GREEN CHILLI PEPPER (FRESH) THE MORE SEEDS YOU LEAVE IN THE MORE HOTTER IT WILL BE.. BE WARNED!!
- 400G CHICKEN BREASTS
- 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER- 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP CORIANDER POWD,
- 1 TSP CURRY PASTE
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1 TSP TOMATO PUREE
- 30ML DOUBLE CREAM

FINELY CHOP ONION- CRUSH CARLIC FINELY CHOP- FINELY CHOP THE CHILLI PEPPER REMOVE SEEDS ACCORDING TO HOW HOT YOU LIKE IT.
WASH HANDS!! IT BURNS! CHOP CHICKEN INTO PIECES- FRY THE ONION OVER A MEDIUM HEAT WITH 3 TBLS OIL. AFTER A MIN ADD THE CHICKEN FRY FOR 3-6 MINS ADD THE GARLIC AND CHILLI FOR ABOUT 3 MINS UNTIL BROWNED, ADD THE SALT AND ALL THE POWDERS STIR WELL ADD THE TOMATO PUREE AND CURREY PASTE THEN THE CREAM, STIR AROUND AND SERVE WITH RICE OR NAAN BREAD… IT IS YUMMY X
