Step 1: 1. Place the chicken drumsticks on tin foil on an oven tray.
Step 2: 2. Cover them in olive oil, mixed herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Ensure that the whole of the chicken drumstick is covered (not coated).
Step 3: 3. Pull the sides of the tin foil over the top of the chicken and place in the oven until cooked.
Step 5: (note: defrost chicken first if frozen).
