Step 1:

  • 1. Place the chicken drumsticks on tin foil on an oven tray.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Cover them in olive oil, mixed herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Ensure that the whole of the chicken drumstick is covered (not coated).
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Pull the sides of the tin foil over the top of the chicken and place in the oven until cooked.
