Chicken Jalfrezi

Really yummy chicken curry
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (the amount you need depends on how many you’re cooking for)
- Oil
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- Pepper (Red preferably)
- 1 jar of Jalfrezi sauce (Shere Khan makes the best)
Instructions
Heat up a little oil in a pan on a medium flame/setting.
Slice up the chicken breast into bite size pieces.
Put the chicken in the pan and cook until white all the way through….check the middle!!
Use the time when the chicken is cooking to chop up the onion, the mushrooms and the pepper.
Add them to the chicken and wait until they cook through before adding the jar of sauce, reducing the heat if necessary. (If you have the time and money for all the ingerdiants you can make your own sauce.)
Reduce to a simmer and wait a couple of miutes until the sauce is heated up.
Serve with rice or chips and naan bread…( or wraps from the supermarket if you’re skint.)
I make this every Friday for my flat mates and they love it!
