Delicious meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Boil some water in a kettle, pour into a pan and put onto stove. Put about 4 fillets of boneless and skinless chicken in and boil till cooked. Add some salt and a chopped clove of garlic. Once cooked, carefully take the chicken out leaving the water. Put a cup full of uncooked rice into the chicken water. Stir the rice till it is quite soft, adding the salt, stock, sugar and black pepper as you go along. While the porridge is cooking, slice the chicken into medium strips. Add the chicken to the porridge when cooked and stir for around 5-10 minutes. Use a ladel put the porridge into bowls, add chopped spring onions, a squeeze of lemon/lime and serve!
