Chicken Rissotto
Step 1:
Chop the onions and garlic and fry Step 2:
dice the chicken and add that to the pan, fry Step 3:
add the chopped up mushrooms Step 4:
boil the kettle and add water to the stock cube in a jug Step 5:
add rice and the stock to the pan, just enough to cover the mixture Step 7:
simmer till the mixture has gone thick and creamy
