Step 1:

  • Cut the chicken into strips. Cook however you prefer (grill/fry – I prefer grilling)
  • Step 2:

  • Cut the pepper and onion into strips and cook until soft in a pan.
  • Step 3:

  • Once all is cooked, layer onto a slice of bread, slap on the other piece.

  • I like to add a bit of salad cream or garlic mayo. Great as a snack, or with chips, but wedges are best with it for a meal.
