Cook however you prefer (grill/fry – I prefer grilling) Step 2: Cut the pepper and onion into strips and cook until soft in a pan. Step 3: Once all is cooked, layer onto a slice of bread, slap on the other piece. Step 4: Step 5: I like to add a bit of salad cream or garlic mayo. Great as a snack, or with chips, but wedges are best with it for a meal.
