Chicken Special

Ingredients
- (measurements for one portion, multiply if necessary)
- – Cooked chicken
- – Bacon x3
- – Sausages x3
- – Crusty bread
- – Salt
- – Spicy BBQ sauce
- – Cheese (mature cheddar recommended)
Instructions
– First of all decide how many pieces you want, then adjust ingredients. For example, for each piece of crusty bread use one sausage, one bacon rasher, one handful of cooked chicken etc. Three usually fills me up nicely!
– Cook sausages and bacon in a frying pan. (You could grill but frying is better, you’ll see why later.)
– When they are cooked chop into bite size pieces and add cooked chicken.
– Add a bit of salt and pour on plenty of spicy BBQ sauce and stir in the pan until all the meat is nicely covered.
– Simmer for around a minute. Give it a good stir to get all the sausage and bacon flavours from the pan into the mix.
– Spoon onto lightly toasted crusty bread and cover with cheese.
– Melt cheese under the grill and enjoy!
Seriously delicious, you will make it over and over again!
