Step 1: My method is based for 3 people. it includes literally no prep time and is ready in no more than 20mins…perfect!!
Step 3: 1. Add frozen chicken to a hot wok and dry fry it untill the chicken is cooked.
Step 4: 2. Once chicken is piping hot, add half of the bag of frozen veg and continue to dry fry untill veg softens.
Step 5: 3. Once veg has softened, add the 2 chow mein sachets and simmer for approx 5 mins.
Step 6: 4. Boil noodles seperately for 3-4 mins (or as directed on the packet) and either add to the wok and stir them in or dish up on the plates and pour stir fry mix on top!! easy peasy.
