Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Spring Onion
- 2-3 Chicken Breasts (chopped)
- Mixed Vegetables (Peppers, beansprouts, carrots)
- Soy Sauce (just a bit)
- Noodles or Rice
Instructions
*Heat Both oils in a wok or frying pan. Add garlic and onion, fry for a few minutes. Remove the garlic clove.
*Cook chopped Chicken for 5 minutes in the oil. Add the vegetables and fry for a further 15minutes. If the vegetables go slightly dry add some water and Soy suace (not loads).
*Boil the noodles or rice and serve either seperatly or together.
