Step 1: 1. Place the honey, sauce and pepper flakes in a bowl and mix well. Place to one side. Place the olive oil in a wok and heat on a medium heat.
Step 2: 2. Add the vegetables and toss whilst cooking for 2 minutes, then add the chicken cook them for 3-4 minutes,Add in the bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3: 3. Add the honey sauce and coat all the vegetables. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Step 4: Serve with either noodles or rice
