Step 1:

  • 1. Place the honey, sauce and pepper flakes in a bowl and mix well. Place to one side. Place the olive oil in a wok and heat on a medium heat.

  • 2. Add the vegetables and toss whilst cooking for 2 minutes, then add the chicken cook them for 3-4 minutes,Add in the bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Add the honey sauce and coat all the vegetables. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 4:

  • Serve with either noodles or rice
