Step 1:

  • *Heat Both oils in a wok or frying pan. Add garlic and onion, fry for a few minutes. Remove the garlic clove.
  • Step 2:

  • *Cook chopped Chicken for 5 minutes in the oil. Add the vegetables and fry for a further 15minutes. If the vegetables go slightly dry add some water and Soy suace (not loads).
  • Step 3:

  • *Boil the noodles or rice and serve either seperatly or together.
