Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Low fat natural yoghurt
  • Curry powder or paste
  • extra chilli powder if u like it spicy

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into chunks

  2. put chicken in a bowl with the yoghurt and curry powder

  3. make sure it is coated evenly and leave to marinade for an hour or so, but if u have time leave it overnight

  4. place chicken on a baking tray and cook for around 20 mins, may take longer depending on how big your pieces are

  5. serve with naan bread, salad and mint sauce
