Step 1:

  • Cut chicken into chunks
  • Step 2:

  • put chicken in a bowl with the yoghurt and curry powder
  • Step 3:

  • make sure it is coated evenly and leave to marinade for an hour or so, but if u have time leave it overnight
  • Step 4:

  • place chicken on a baking tray and cook for around 20 mins, may take longer depending on how big your pieces are
  • Step 5:

  • serve with naan bread, salad and mint sauce
