Step 1:

  • 1) fry the onion in a little oil for 5 mins then add the chicken chunks and cook for around 10 mins
  • Step 2:

  • 2) add the sauce, and swirl some boiling water in the jar to pick up any leftover sauce & allow to cook on a low heat for 30mins
  • Step 3:

  • 3) cook the rice according to the packet instrucions
  • Step 4:

  • 4) add the peas 5 mins before serving
