Name: chicken with lime and ginger
Ingredients: grated rind and juice of 1 lime; 1 inch piece fresh root ginger(chopped); 1 garlic clove crushed; 2 tbsp oil; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 4 chicken breasts

Instructions

Step 1:

1.mix lime rind,juice,ginger,garlic,oil and soy sauce in a bowl

Step 2:

2.add the chicken and marinade for 4-12 hours.

Step 3:

3.preheat the oven to 190.

Step 4:

4.place the chicken in a baking tin pour over marinade,season and bake for approximately 30 min.

Step 5:

5.skim off fat,add cornflour to juices for sauce,add a little water if needed.
