BBQ Chicken & Bacon Melt

Published Sunday, 06 June, 2010 by Maggie

Just like a pub lunch

  • Serves 2
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Slices of Bacon
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Grated Cheese

Place the chicken on a grill untill cooked, or place in foil in the oven for 30 mins

Grill the Bacon untill crispy

When the Chicken is cooked cover it in BBQ sauce, a pice of Bacon sliced in half, then top woth cheese and place under a high heat grill for approx 3 mins or untill melted!

Tastes great with chips or salad!

Perfect for showling off or just comfort food

No Kate this is not a vegetarian dish and although you enjoyed it, it is probably not what you should be eating if you are a vegetarian. I have to say it seems strange that a vegetarian cannot tell that food in the chicken section is vegetarian, but good luck with whatever you plan to do when you find out.
    best wishes. John
