Heat up oven to 170. Chop up carrot, onion and garlic. Put everything in a casserole dish along with chicken. Put oil, stock (not to much) and white wine over the top and chuck in the oven :) add chickpeas about half an hour after its been in and leave for another hour or so and its done
Tender strips of pork in smoky bbq mexican sauce, wrapped up with veg in a soft warm tortilla.
Don't waste the insides of your pumpkins this halloween - use them!
