Chicken Curry ( The Easy Way)

Yummy curry cheap and easy!



  • 1 chicken breast per person
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • curry powder ( any one you want)
  • handful of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • small cup of milk
  • handful of frozen peas/sweetcorn
  • red sauce
  • 1/2 cup of rice per person
  • optional
  • yoghurt
  • lemon juice
  • mango chutney
  • smooth peanut butter
  • hint
  • for perferctly cooked rice just used twice the amount of water than rice, its cooked when all the water has gone! :)


1- oil in pan alongside your chopped up onion and cubed chicken

2-tip a generous amount of curry powder in the pan and add chopped mushrooms and frozen veg

3 - add the milk and red sauce , this makes it thicker ( yohgurt , lemon juice & chutney) give it a good stir until its no longer lumpy

4- add put the rice on ( if you wanna be a bit posh you can always throw in a chicken stock cube with the water)

5 - stir the curry every now and again

6- when the rice is done your chicken and curry will be done.

7- eat?
