Chicken Stir-Fry

Perfect if you aint got much time!!



  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts (chopped)
  • Mixed Vegetables (Peppers, beansprouts, carrots)
  • Soy Sauce (just a bit)
  • Noodles or Rice


*Heat Both oils in a wok or frying pan. Add garlic and onion, fry for a few minutes. Remove the garlic clove.

*Cook chopped Chicken for 5 minutes in the oil. Add the vegetables and fry for a further 15minutes. If the vegetables go slightly dry add some water and Soy suace (not loads).

*Boil the noodles or rice and serve either seperatly or together.
