Chicken Tikka Masala - 94 Per Serving!

Cheaper and tastier than a ready meal



  • 375g mini chicken fillets, diced into small chunks (£2.79)
  • patacks tikka sauce 450g (89p branded bargains)
  • handful frozen peas (optional) (5p)
  • 75g long grain rice (5p)
  • 1 onion, finely diced (8p)
  • serves 4 - batch cooking!
  • ingredient's brought at aldi (except the sauce)


1) fry the onion in a little oil for 5 mins then add the chicken chunks and cook for around 10 mins

2) add the sauce, and swirl some boiling water in the jar to pick up any leftover sauce & allow to cook on a low heat for 30mins

3) cook the rice according to the packet instrucions

4) add the peas 5 mins before serving
