Chicken Tortilla Grills

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • tub of sour cream
  • tub of salsa
  • bag of tortilla chips
  • grated cheese


score the cicken 3 times

spoon over a tablespool full of salsa onto each piece

spoon over a tablespoonful of sour cream on each piece

crumble over the tortella chips( or nachos)

sprinkle over grated cheese (as much as you like)

put in oven gas mark 6 for about 20 mins until the cheese is bubbly and make sure your chicken is cooked through.

serve with salad and potato wedges and BEER
