Chinese Rice Noodles With Bean Sprouts

A twist on rice noodles


  • Rice noodles
  • bean sprouts
  • 1 bell red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • a pack of stir fry chow mein sauce
  • chicken breast/ any sort of meat you like, i used chicken gizzard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • vegetarian option: exclude the meat


Wash hands thoroughly.

wash chicken breast and cut into cubes while heating up oil in wok pan.

fry chicken in oil till there are no signs of pink (about 10-15mins). Salt and season as you like.

stir fry onions, red pepper, garlic with chicken for a few minutes.

add beansprouts and cook for about 10mins with about 2 tbsps of water. Add sauce at this point and mix.

lastly, add noodles and mix properly. Let it sit for a few minutes on medium heat. Add some more salt and black pepper as you wish.
