brown the chicken, onion, chicken stock, bacon, garlic, celery, carrot, herbs, mushroom and carrots until the chicken is nearly cooked then add the tinned tomatoes and allow to simmer to make sure the chicken is cooked.
serve with mash potato or boiled potato cabbage and broccoli
Ditch the meat but still spice up the night!!
