slice breast in half and fry until cooked throughout. open up to fry inside. then, whilst still in the pan, pour bolognaise sauce (or bbq, if you prefer) into the opening, with plenty of cheese. once the cheese has melted, serve on plate with salad, or alternatively stuff veg inside the breast too !
