Healthy Chicken Breasts With Oats

Tastiest healthy chicken



  • -chicken breasts
  • -mustard
  • -instant oats
  • -light cheddar cheese
  • -1 egg
  • -salt, pepper, chilli powder on desire
  • -1 yoghurt
  • -olive oil
  • -tortilla bread
  • -tomato (diced)


-in a bowl, whisk the egg with mustard, yoghurt, salt, pepper and chilli until they become smooth.

-put the chicken in the bowl and then into a plate full of oats on both sides of chicken.

-place the chicken in the fridge for 10 minutes.

-add olive oil in a pan then put the chicken in it until its good.

-put the chicken in tortilla bread and add diced tomato and cheese.
