Honey Mustard Chicken

  • 1 chicken breast per person
  • 3tsp mustard (coarse grain)
  • 4 tsp honey (clear runny)


mix together the honey and mustard into a bowl.

place the chicken breast into the mixture (for best taste keep it in for a couple of hours or overnight).

transfer the honey mustard chicken onto an oven tray and poor any remaining mixture over the chicken.

Bake in oven until chicken is cooked (roughly 25 mins)

serve with roast veg and potatoes
