Lemon Chicken Noodles

Quick and easy noodle salad - ten minutes or less



  • Chicken fillets, cut up into small chunks
  • Udon straight-to-wok noodles
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon and Herb seasoning (available cheap from loads of places)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lime & Coriander sauce (I use Nandos but any would work well)


Fry the cut-up chicken in the wok in a little oil. When cooked through, add the lemon and herb seasoning, the salt and the pepper. Separate the udon a little and add it to the wok, stirring it around to soften it. Add the lemon juice and lime & coriander sauce, and stir around until all heated through. How many people it is for just depends on how much chicken and noodles you can fit in the wok :)
