Mango Chicken

For those that love cuurry but can't take the heat

Ingredients

  • Serves 2
  • - 2 chicken breasts
  • - wholegrain mustard
  • - 4-5 spring onions/one medium onion
  • - curry paste
  • - mango pulp
  • - soured cream
  • - garlic

Method

- Cut chicken into bitesize pieces and fry until cooked

- Add finely chopped onion and garlic, cook for a further 2 mins

- Add 1 mug of mango pulp, 1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard and 2 teaspoons of curry paste. Cook for 3-4 minutes on mediu heat.

- Take off the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of soured cream.

- Viola!! Serve with rice &/or naan bread

    Have been looking for a simple mango chicken recipe for ages!!!! This is so so so yummmmy!!!!

    I loved this receipe, once u have all the ingredients minus the mango u can make it a few times b4 u need to rebuy them. try adding more mustard or curry paste if u fancy having it a bit hotter!
