One Pan Curry & Rice

Creamy cheese quick curry rice one pan



  • Chicken (cut breast into pieces)
  • 1 onion (died)
  • peppers chopped
  • mushrooms
  • rice
  • garlic and herb soft cheese (phili or the cheap brand) or normal soft cheese upto you
  • a splash of milk
  • curry paste (any) i use thai green


Cook the chicken and add the onions and paste.

cook till onions are soft add alittle butter or oil if they are sticking.

add peppers chopped and mushrooms chopped.

add soft cheese and splash of milk if it is too thick.

meanwhile cook your rice. I use a microwave rice cooker but a pan will do fine.

once the rice is almost done but still alittle hard add it to ur pan with everything else and let it simmer a while...Its like a biriani but quicker and tastes creamy and nice.
