Start things off by per eating the oven on gas mark 6-7
Smash yor eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Pour your breadcrumbs into a seperate bowl.
Wrap your chicken breasts in cling film and using a rolling pin or whatever you have to hand, beat down the chicken until it is evenly flat (about 2 centi metres thick).
Pick up your chicken breast and run it through the egg until its covered then put it straight in the breadcrumb bowl until your chicken is fully breadcrumbed!
Cover the base of your oven tray with tin foil and the put the breads chicken on to it, might be a tight squeeze but it will work!
Now wack your breaded chocked in the oven for 25 minutes whilst you cook the colemans white sauce to the packs instructions.
After 20 minutes bring your chicken out and cover it with the white sauce first and then grated cheese. Place back in the oven for 20 minutes and then you are ready to chow down!
If your are not satisfied with the cheese then bang it under the grill until its more golden and bubbly!
Try it with real chunky chips and garlic mayo!
Trust me, you wot be upset!
