1- heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and add onion.
2- add peppers ( and other vegetables)
3- add chicken
4- cook for 10 minutes
5- sprinkle peri-peri chip sprinkle over to taste
6- cook for another 5-10 minutes
7- serve and enjoy!!!
So tasty and filling, so simple to do!
Chicken, Peppers, Onion & Cous cous. 15mins dish!
