-preheat oven to 200 °c
-season the fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper
-cut a hole in the thickest part of each fillet and stuff with cheese
- wrap each fillet with parma harm
- grease up the oven proof dish
- place the chicken fillets on the dish, fold-down
-you can put cut up garlic cloves on each fillet, for extra flavour
- bake in the oven for about 30 minutes
mix all the vegetables together, add a tablespoon of sesame oil and lemon juice
serve with chips, or roasted potatoes.
