Fry onions medium heat for 5 mins
Add tikka paste and fry for another 10 mins gently - DON'T BURN
Add more oil if needed.
Add chicken breast and cook for 5 mins
Add chopped toms and cook until you get a nice thick consistency
The water from the toms should evaporate so do not put the lid on the pan
About 10 to 15 mins
When the chicken is cooked add cream and stir well.
Add Juice of ½ Lemon and stir well
Serve with basmathi rice or Naan bread
