Method

PREHEAT OVEN TO 200 .CUT THE CHICKEN FILLETS INTO PIECES. CUT THE ONION AND PEPPER FINELY.CUT GARLIC CLOVE INTO SMALL PIECES.HEAT OIL IN FRYING PAN, ADD CHICKEN FRY ON LOW POWER FOR 5 MINUTES.ADD ONIONS AND PEPPERS AND COOK FOR FURTHER 5 MINUTES. ADD CANNED TOMATOES AND STIR OCCASIONALLY ON LOW POWER FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. NOW GET A OVEN CASSEROLE DISH ADD THE CONTENTS OF THE AN TO IT AND ADD THE GARLIC, PLACE IN THE OVEN AND LET SIMMER FOR 8-12 MINUTES NOW PROCEED TO BOIL PASTA WHICH IS BOILED IN SALT WATER FOR APPROX 8-10 MINUTES. REMOVE THE CASSERLE DISG FROM THE OVEN AND ADD SPRINKLE OF OREGANO AND CHEESE PUT A GENEROUS AMOUNT ON PLATE, DRAIN PASTA AND ADD TO THE PLATE AND THERE YA HVE IT
