Whizz up all the ingredients in a food processor and then with wet hands form into burgers. If you dont have a food processor then you could probably chop everything very finely and mix together.
Fry gently for a couple of minutes on each side in olive oil then put into oven for 15 mins or so until cooked right through...I reckon about 180/200....not done them before so just guessing really.
I am going to put them in bread buns with piles of salad and serve with jacket wedges (home made of course)
