Published Sunday, 30 September, 2012 by Luke

So tasty! sticky chicken heaven!

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp worcester sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pepper

1. In a bowl mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, worcester sauce, garlic, sugar, pepper and olive oil.

2. Place the chicken breast in to the bowl with the mixture. Cover the bowl in cling film or foil and shake gently, coating the chicken.

3. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours, shaking in gently half way through.

4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 10-15 minuets, juice may seep from the chicken, don't worry! The sauce caramelises and adds flavour.

This is really nice! I loved the recipe, and it wasn't too hard to achieve. I was wondering, does anyone know where i can find the recipe for 'sticky kicking chicken' by jamie oliver? It was in his 15 minute meals series, but i cannot access that on channel 4.... :)
