Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir Fry

Cheap and easy to make



  • Baby sweetcorn
  • mushrooms
  • sweet peas
  • 1 pepper sliced
  • 250g chicken
  • ready to wok noodles
  • bean sprouts
  • sweeet and sour sauce (in a bag or jar)
  • (aldi is an amazing place to buy fresh stuff from!)


Slice up pepper, baby sweetcorn, chicken and mushroom as desired. Add a good amount of vegetable oil to a wok/frying pan and add all the veggies. Cook for about 1-2 mins then add the chicken for a further 4-6 mintutes until no longer pink. Whilst the chicken is cooking, add as much sauce as desired to the chicken and veggies and add the noodles in for a further 1-2 minutes. Add more sauce if required and soy sauce if wanted.

should serve up to 2 people.
