Dice your chicken breasts into decent sizes slices and fry them of on a med heat in a little oil.
Add a little pinch of salt and pepper half way through.
once chicken has cooked add some Thai sweet chilli sauce to the chicken and ster right through so all the chicken is coated.
(this part is optional)
Dice some fresh mint ((not to much just a leaf or 2)) finely and also add to the pan ster again so all chicken is coated then pop on a plate tuck in and enjoy!! :)
((This is best served with fresh salad with lemon dressing and rice)))

This super simple dish is a lovely new meal to have, with a nice sweet but not too much flavour!
