Sweet Chilli Chicken

Thighs and drumsticks coated in sweet chilli dip



  • Baking tray + tin foil
  • as many drumsticks and thighs as you desire
  • sweet chilli dip
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil


1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees

2. Line the baking tray with the tin foil.

3. Place the chicken in tray and drizzle with olive oil and coat them in sweet chilli dip.

4 season generously with salt and pepper.

5. Place in the oven for about 30 - 40 minutes. Make sure they're cooked through before eating.
