Fry the onion, carrot & pepper with the garlic
take off the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes before mixing in the minced turkey.
add the flour/breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly.
beat the egg, add the tomato puree and mix again then place in a loaf tin.
cook in a preheated oven at 160-170 degrees until brown - approximately 1 hour.
this also tastes good with minced beef - substitute the red pepper for a green pepper.
serve with potatoes and veg.
Moist in the inside and crispy on the outside! and no dirty dishes :)
